- Inadequate Service Open
My bike paint is coming off in some portions and I am unable to find the matching colour in the market. I have a fzsfi Of Hurrican Gray colour . I am also attaching the portion of the bike . Please let me know at the earliest. I am ready to pay the cost. Please let me know. The dealership has refused to cover up the portion saying that we don't provide any colour warranty. If this is the problem so, what the customer needs to do now? I am asking for an immediate solution failure to which I will take stern action.
The Colour has already started coming off and it looks really disgusting.
There are black spots and the dealership said it is because the bike fell. Howecome will it happen as the colour spots are in the fuel tank and it will happen only when under exceptional circumstances only when tilting the bike and make it fall, also there is legguard. I want the dealership and the company to look aftee the matter either change the portion or match the colour.
