We were given byjus early learning course and given assurence that we will be giving refund if kid is not comfortable.
Within * days if signing up i requested cancellation and wrote email to cancellation team.
Everytime i have got reply they will get back in **hrs but they dont call back, Recently got call twice and they keep on hold for more than hour and disconnect the call without resolution.
My kid is not comfortable with byjus device and have pain in eyes so she didnt use the same. Entire kit is lying unused. I have got email chain with cancellation request number as reference that I am following up with them past more tgan a month.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
