Mumbai Traffic police and Vidharbha towing company - improper fine imposed by traffic police

I had parked my Bike at bandra West, bandstand, Mumbai ****** on **/*/** evening which I believe was not causing any hindrance or obstruction to pedestrians or vehicular traffic movement. However, my bike was towed and damaged on orders of MR POPAT WAKSHE who was the commander of traffic police bandra West division. Requesting you to take strict action against such police officers who are spoiling the name of the department by randomly harrassing and causing deep inconvenience, waste of time and mental agony to honest law abiding tax paying citizens like me. I was forced to pay the exorbitant fine worth *** rupees for the same and had to visit the police station twice resulting in mental anguish and waste of my precious time.
I expect a compensation for the same and also strict action against MR POPAT WAKSHE
