Mark Express Private Limited - Important documents not delivered by courier company

I booked two consignments of important documents with proper addresses & contact numbers of the addressees for bolpur locations on **th March **** which contained notarized agreement copies but still no current updates are showing in the tracking reports of these companies as last update which can be found is of *st April **** so unable to understand the present status of these consignments as the updated tracking report is required for legal purposes as it is required to be submitted to our advocate and so this company was even several times informed by mail but still the issue remained unresolved so finding no other better alternative ways i had to lodge the complaint here along with the attached supporting documents.
