I had booked flight tickets to London for **may to ** may ****. However, due to the virus all flights were cancelled. Hence, I opted for the cancellation of the flight and forfieted approximately INR ***** as airline cancellation charges. The balance amount of ***** has till date not been refunded to my account. I have repeatedly called and mailed the concerned party but to no avail. The total amount of refund must be INR ***** as the flights were non operational during the lockdown.
Request you to please expedite the process else I will have to take legal action against the company.
