NAMITA filed this complaint against Wipro on Apr 20, 2021
This is my complaint against the organization Wipro. I was terminated from Wipro on **st July ** without any intimation.
I was working with Wipro (employee id ******) from June **** and have completed ** years of service.
My working location was Wipro Ltd, Plot No *,*,* Knowledge Park-*, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida – ******. The company is headquartered at Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.
There was no issue ever raised on my conduct.
I was being pressured to proceed on loss of pay for * months from **st July ** by HR (Najeeb Sheikh (Najeeb.sheikh@wipro.com), Sonia Kakkar (Sonia.Kakkar@wipro.com),
, Putul Mathur (putul.mathur@wipro.com)) till end of the last week of July ****. I was being telephonically called and intimidated. I was on approved leave from **th July **** - ** Nov ****.
When I was on sick leave on **st July ** as doctor had advised bed rest, HR had requested for a meeting. I had duly declined the meeting on email and shared that I was unwell.
HR disabled my official account from backend without any information thus ending ** years of my service.
HR cancelled my leave from backend and terminated employment in a snap without any warning.
I have complained about this illegal termination to the company
ombudsman (ombuds.person@wipro.com), HR head
(saurabh.govil@wipro.com), chairman(rishad.premji@wipro.com), Azim
Premji ( azim.Pemji@wipro.com ) but I have received evasive replies or
no reply.
This action on the part of the organization has caused me mental agony and hardships.
I request appropriate labour ministry authority to intervene and take appropriate action to help get me get redressal on the issue.
I had lodged this issue before also but the action is only responsibility shifting from one authority to another. No action is being taken.
I am sharing the copy of my leave approval, medical certificate, email conversation asking about my login.
Please assign to responsible authorities.
