Our dishwasher that was under warranty needed to be repaired. It's been nearly a month the issue has not been resolved. They took the dishwasher to their service centre but have not returned it and not provided any information on how or when the issue will be resolved. Customer service does not respond on email (see attachment), the service manager does not take our call and the phone care says they will get back. This is daylight robbery on the part of the company.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
