My self is Neeraj Kumar from Laksar, yesterday on **th June **** i recharge my personal num for Rs.***. In this i have to get unlimitid calling with *.*GB per day Data....but i am getting only *.*GB. when i call there customer care they submit my complain and said that it will resolve on or before **nd of June but the lost Data will not be transfer to me.
They always did this to customers as they did to me..
Please look into this matter, why always we customer suffer. We paid them in advance and did not get what we want and mentally harresed by them.
I am attaching all the evidence to prove that i recharge for and what i getting.
