I used to use my idea prepaid sim card +**-**********.
I have been using it since ****.
I know about the * month rule and have last used it on *th of December.
Now, on *th of March it will be * months so I have to use it in the next * days at least one for an outgoing call.
I am not getting any network in that number as of now. Please help me with it as soon as possible.
This is a very serious issue. I have all my bank accounts, PAN Card, and every other important account linked to that number.
Please ensure that strict action is taken so that they do not cheat any other customer like this
