icici bank - icici bank complaint about ulip policy

I Mr unmesh ramchandra chavan ulip policy holder policy no:-******** icici bank new panvel branch
i was promise by * agents of icici bank that please take policy we will approved your home loan
agent name *) mayank *)sudhendu now they have left icici bank new panvel branch
first thing they did not told me that this is locked policy after that they didn't told me that i have to pay per yearly
now after * years i got my policy amount as i gave * lakh only no interest why i did not got even policy copy
if i would have kept this amount in other bank i would have got good reuters
i want a proper answer by head of the department for this
i have spoked with the manger but he did not gave me proper answer manager name *)snehwardhan verma
i want answer which will be admissible in court
