Byju's - I want to cancel my byju s akash subscription

One counselor from byju's came to my home and explained me the stuff and told mr to sign the E mandate for EMI.
And he told that you will get the refund if you are not satisfied with the course.he told that you will start receiving call from our team regarding if you want to continue or not. He didn't told me any thing about the ** days policy.I received my product on **th of dec and i used it. Then i gave my first call regarding cancellation on **th of jan but did not received any feeback and then again i called them on **th jan **** and then they told me that refund is not possible now. And then told about,** days policy. They are now not refunding me. FIRSTLY THE counsellor didnt told me anything about it and only shared the E mandate success screenshot. They are spamming me..they didn't gave me full information. I was waiting for the call as my counsellor told me.but didnt received any. I want my refund and cancellation of my E mandate.
