I asked for card closure during the *st week of June. Initially they charged me annual fee during my first month statement itself for the *st annual free credit card. Later they waived off the annual fee. Now they again claiming that there is an insurance active on the credit card. I never requested that insurance. This issue lingering for long time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
