- I paid money but package not delivered Open

This happened on **/**/****. I ordered some aquarium related things for my fish tank i.e. soil substrate, filter and charcoal. I placed an order and pay the bill and inform them on their WhatsApp number as they told me to. After that, I didn't get any delivery updates so I asked them what happened, on that they replied me that filter is not available and it's going to take a while for that and asked me if I want only * things they'll send filter later. But I replied to them that deliver everything at the same time.
After * weeks I asked again about it. That time they replied to me that for some reason they can't ship. And told me that they will ship when shipping service is available. After that whenever I ask they replied to me (I'll do it., Let me check, etc) these kinds of replies. After some time I message them I realize that they blocked my number as I couldn't see their WhatsApp profile picture. So I contact them with my dad's number this time they replied to me and told me that they'll give me my order on Wednesday of next week of that month (* to * months ago). Since then they never replied to me and package hasn't arrived. Please help me to get my money/order back.
