i enrolled with Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communication in Upgrade and paid ***** but due to some financial problem i have to cancel my decision and i request for cancellation within ** hour of payment , but they are denying for full refund. only refunding ****.. please help me to get my full refund
