Apollo Pharmacy - I make my payment but they denied

Hello, this is Abhijit Pramanik, my registered phone number is **********. I went to an apollo pharmacy Retailer Store ( Nager Bazar, Kolkata ) today, I have to buy a medicine name- Paxonil Plus **.* gm. As because this is RX Medicine I cannot buy it from online mode, They give the option for payment i.e., card, phone pay, and Paytm wallet code. As I didn't have phone pay at that time so I choose to generate code from Paytm and when I generate and say them my code, my payment was done but they denied that my payment was done, I have attached all the relevant Screenshots of my successful transaction, As because I need the medicine, actually it is for depression and anxiety so its an emergency medicine for me, so I have no option but have to pay again with phone pay by one of my friend accounts. But this time they said they got my payment, but the first transaction was done by my end, but how come they continuously denied that they didn't receive it. So I want my money back. Please help me out of this!!!
