- I m a seller on meesho and customer has returned wrong product and meesho denies to give claim Open
Hi we were a new seller on meesho. Sent the first order. The customer returned some other order after being used. On filing a claim meesho support says we cant give claim as we previously filed the claim. We previously filed the claim since there was no update on returns as well as tracking. So worst app and platform for sellers. They are charging return shipping fee of rs *** apart from the loss of product money. Total disappointment
