I have ordered a dress for an amount of Rs. ***.** which is of inferior quality and not matched with the displayed product. I want to return and tried to contact several times to the supplier but no response received from them and their contact no. is switched off. Further at the time of login with their website it shows wrong login id and password and didn't send the link in my email for resetting password which is troubling me a lot.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
