KAMDHENU PHARMA filed complaint against Meesho on Aug 3, 2022
Sir, In the month **-April-****, we have received an order to deliver Wheelchair and we did the same by hand overring meesho logistic team. We were waiting for payment till today we did not received our payment we have raised several tickets as per Meesho process but all the time we got the response as " We would like to inform you that, as we checked the processed amount has been failed to get credited to you account, due to some error. However, we have reprocessed the compensation once again, and the same will be settled within * working days." following tickets were created (********; ******** ; ********; ********; ********; ********; ********; ********;) All were closed updating same message, we send an email to these id's: : escalations@messho.com; legalsupport@meesho.com; Query Meesho; all is have received same above said quote response. we are waiting for our payment till today we have asked for compensation same for delayed payment but no one is responding us back. Finally requesting here for positive hope else we don't have choice to approach for legal advise. Awaiting your response.
