Astropay - I have been paid twice by my mistake and I want my money back

On May * at around *:** am I tried to make a voucher on Astropay but while making it I had a little banking problem due to which I could not make the payment from where I was making the payment and it went into pending. I made the payment from my brother's mobile and it was successful and then I saw that the payment has been made from my mobile also means the payment has been made twice at the same place, I have complained many times by mail to support@astropay.com but from there i didn't get any positive response and my money is stuck it is about **** rupees please solve my problem thank you
