i am in usa, i bought the bundle deal of tv and phone, tv was delivered no problem, phone was not delivered or was stolen, i don't know, the supposedly sent another, same thing happened, they blaming me for it not being delivered, i tried everything possible for delivery but nothing could be done through their delivery service provider, all changes for deliveries only be changed by leeco, i told them this before delivery, they did nothing to make sure of secure delivery and still not received phone or compensation for phone and they will not do anything more.
i paid for phone and tv bundle and only got tv, is that fair to me? i have been ripped off by this company and i want what i paid for.
cost of phone is $***.** usd, so that is how much they owe me or a phone sent to me with signature confirmation so i will receive phone with no problems.
