Lakshmi Tour And Travels - I am a victim of a travel agency fraud

When i was searching in justdial web site for cab booking from bangalore to mysure and ooty. on **.**.**** i got one call from Named Mr Srinivas from Lakshmi Tour and travels from Peenya *nd stage.
and he promised to boo hotel and cabs for me.
in the vey bebing i have dount by the way he showed me the resort and price. but he game me the justdial certificate and website link. with out giving me the time to thikg he asked money for hotel booking and hurryed me to give money other wise hotel rates will go up. so i transfored ****rs towards hotel booking in mysure and ooty for * night and he promised to me that he will give the detail at ** am but i dint receive any thing so i checked his detals in just dial but i dint receive any thing so again he called me and asked ***rs for toy train booking and i paid also. and promised me that he will give all in pdf format by * pm. after transferring ***rs. he dint turn back. so i asked him in the morning but he dint respond properly. and after some time he send hotel booking inquiry details to me and again asking me to rs.**** for securing deposit for hotel ooty. so i refused and told him pls return my money i dint want to book any hotel and cabs because you have not paid any thing to hotel and telling me that you have paid all the money.
so he told pls send me your bank details . the hotel people will transferred to you. but still i dint receive any money and he is not picking my phone calls. pls help me to get my money back.
