I already paid my loan amount of ****+**** fine on October **** but on my cibil report the loan status shown is active as today is **-Oct-****.
When I go to bank for taking higher study loan then bank show me loan active from mpocket jalanchemicals.
I have filled complaint to mpocket customer support from Jan **** but not yet they updated my account status.
I called several time in a day to mpocket but no one helps me.
It's one of the biggest mistake of my life that I accidentally taken loan of *** Rs one time on my friend side.
Mpocket and all other platforms are very bad please don't ever take any loan.
Hope someone gonna help me for updating my active loan status.
