Ansh Cargo Packers And Movers - Household items not delivered

I talked before ** days for transportation from Jamnagar to Bhatinda to M/s ANSH Cargo packers & movers. They agreed with the amount of Rs *****. I don't know that they demand more money. They packed my household items on date **.**.**** & also I talked that I will pay Rs***** balance amount Rs ***** will pay after delivery. After some days they told me that you have to pay road tax+gst that includes the total amount of Rs ***** & I said ok. Still, now, I have transferred them Rs ***** (***** cash + ***** account transfer).
Today, they called me & tell me to transfer balance amount ***** after I will release your goods from Jamnagar. They are blackmailing me I don't know how the people are! There is no limit of money they are demanding. I am very much worried regarding this issue & I am in big trouble. Please help me with this matter.
