I booked * rooms in Hotel Sayaji Pune via Cleartrip and HDFC smartbuy on **th September and for **th sep to ** september. Due to bad climate I failed to travel and not checked in hotel. At the time of booking they never told that this is non refundable booking. Now they refused to pay the amount back
