Only thing I am left with is Membership documents but they are of no use.
Support person keeps on telling that wait till tomorrow but no booking will ever happen and they will put on the blame on backend team.
They sell membership in Shimla and Manali by inviting you through surprise coupons. Sardar ji "Sukhdeep Singh" will try to impress you with his marketing pitch and will make you wonder whether your existing choice of hotels has been pathetic. He will claim that GHC will provide you with top notch hotels.
I don't know if it is a scam or poor service, but with three experiences of no booking in hand, I am beginning to think that it is a scam.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
