I had booked "Hotel The Rich Grand, Agra" for * days (**th September & **th September ****).
My Confirmation Booking ID# **********
But, on arrival, the Hotel Manager said that the room has been alloted to some other person.
We had faced a alot of problems due to this unprofessional behaviour of hotel.
I request you to kindly blacklist the "Hotel The Rich Grand, Agra" for the problems that we have faced on arrival. Otherwise, I will sue Agoda but false commitment to us.
