Term *- Check in Property on *nd Jan. Check out Property on *th Jan. with all luggage due to lockdown (Govt. Restrictions to stop offline collage).
Term *- Check in Property on **th Feb. and Check out Property on *th Mar. with all luggage by informing authorities for final check out.
Total stay **days. Paid advance Rs. *****.** for *month Rent and Deposit *k. Frequent care taker changes, care taker drunk incident and male occupant in girls hostel etc. things disturbed student attaintion and forced us to check out Property.
Done lot of follow up for *month rent and deposit refund (Ready to deduct * month deposit -* month stay and *month notice pay) but reply received will not get refund.
