I was given a quotation by nobroker for shifting household items from Bangalore to Barbarammalpuram for RS ***** all inclusive. However the package was sent incorrectly to Chennai. I was told I had to pay another RS ***** to ship the goods to the correct destination & RS **** was demanded by the loading personnel. Totally I ended by paying Rs ***** instead of the initial quote of ***** for no fault of mine.Mails sent to nobroker were ignored & the complaint raised with NCH was ignored too.
