Harmony Honda Workshop - Honda shocker Damaged

Dear Sir,

My Honda car has driven just ***** km and all my car shockers have been damaged in this short span of kilometers. I have purchased my car from Harmony Honda Workshop in Industrial Area, Mohali in year ****. Now Company is refusing to replace shockers of my car and they are demanding for money. How come Shockers of a car can damage after just ***** KMs drive. My whole drive is in tricity area. Irony is Company official told that this is because of car weight. After replacing shockers, will my car weight reduce???? I need complete free replacement of all shockers. Kindly assist me regarding this.. Honda Agency mohali and Honda customercare made me like a sandwich. They are not calling. When i recall, only then they are calling me . My raised Communication id against my query is *-***********
