Honda Dio - Honda delivered me a defective vehicle

I have bought a new honda activa dio **** model two months ago. I paid a net amount of Rs.*.**L and got that vehicle. Within * days after delivery the battery of that vehicle got failure. Immediately I fighted and escalated this issue to Dharmapuri SS Honda serivce manager and he replaced a new battery and assured that there will not be any issues related to battery life. But last friday again the battery got failured and given to chandra honda service Coimbatore. This failure happened within three months of period and it is third time in three months. I got so much frustrated and escalated this issue as much i can. Every time Dharmapuri service manager convinces me and replaced a new battery but again it fails. I request you to provide a proper solution for this and need a confirmation from your end for there will me no more issues occur again.
