Woodpickr studios - Home Interiors issue

This is kishore kumar, Regarding my case i have given our * flats (*BHK and *BHK) for house interiors works to woodpikr studios in hyderbad.

Sharan is the owner for this interior design company and our agreeement is happend in Janauray **th ****.he took one month for designing part and he started
site work from March.

As per quatition and interior works are divided into Modular and no modular and we payed as per thier quotation.

They quoted the work will finish in max * months and if it is more than that they will pay **k per month as a penality

It is almost * months thay are not completed the work and not giving proper handover of our keys,work inspection and final settlements

They have changed the handover date * times and before every date they are asking from money to finish the work

from Last * months No proper updates, no proper resonse and the work and qulaity of products they quoted initally and in the final output there are many issues

and All modular works they done at my site and not as per the standards.

After paying **% plus amount they are changing the quotation and asked me to get the things by my own and if i ask for the quality and output they are not giving proper response.


From last * months my family is going through metal stress.These interior people kept our house keys and returing it back.They are not following as per the commitments,agreement and deadlines.

I have sent online legal notice, police compilint but use.police also not registring the case and telling this is a civil case. This is proper cheating case and our houses are ruined due to these people.

KIndly please look into this issue.
