I have taken Holiday Package from company on **th Sep **** vide CHISPH****** *yrs *N/*D - Studio Unit. Availed only one block. After booking another National lock down announced on Mar ****. Company told that will be accommodated after covid. Now found that company has already lapsed my one block & also another of covid period. No not giving me in dec ****, saying **th dec to *th Jan **** will not be booked. Also telling me that only two block can be taken in a year. This was not mentioned in terms & conditions.
I want all my block to be availed in this ****.
