RBL Bank - High Processing fee charges

Charging higher rate of Interest/service charges /Excess Billing
Grievance Details This complaint is in continuous with earlier grievance ******* with National Consumer Helpline. As I didn?t received satisfactory response from RBL bank. It is very clear RBL had done cheating with me as per reaponse provided by principal nodal officer. For principle, emi, interest charges mentioned as sum of amount where as processing fee alone specified as per transaction. this is very clear hidden trap made by RBL bank which was not understood by me during phone conversation. I realised based on unbilled list and approached bank to cancel emi offer where the charges for ***** is **** which no customer in india accepts. But bank delayed response till it get billed and it is delay from bank end as a customer I followed up multiple times but no response given by bank. I have not agreed to pay **** processing fee i.e **** was not conveyed as sum of amount similar like principle, emi etc., in telephonic conversation to me. Hence i didn?t understood why should i pay which i was not clear. This complaint will not stop untill bank cancels the charges which was cheating done by RBL bank agent and principal nodal officer wasted precious time of ** days. It is basic commensense to be noted by bank, customer in india never accepts to pay *** as a processing fee for approx **** principls? Pls treat it as a fraud done by RBL intentionally and in phone conversation they hidden the fact and customer into trap. Reg RBI cms complaint ***************
