Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd - HERO ELECTRIC OPTIMA POOR QUALITY

Dear Sir/madam,
Im Narayanan. it is to inform you that I have purchased a Hero optima dual battery * months ago from Thanya motors, Ayyappakkam, Booking Dated on **.**.**** and tax invoice dated on **.**.**** and motor insurance dated on **/**/**** .Within * days after purchased water got stuck inside my bike back indicator light due to ** min of rain. As i informed to thanya motors manager they assured to replace ,but till date they did not respond . Im working near Thousand light ,So for my first service for i gave my vehicle to Chennai eco motors located at thousand light. i informed to install buzzer. But they damaged key on/off spot and scratch in my bike. Vignesh(ph - +** ***** *****)
informed to send picture through wattsapp and he informed that he will reply evening itself but he did not respond till now .Vignesh informing that “come tomorrow i have work today “ same dialogue every nearly two weeks .i do no what other work he has inspite working in service center and he is not taking any interest to solve the matter .and they water wash my bike and horn not working properly. Dated - **.**.**** seat locker got damaged i do no why .All parts getting rust , bike quality is worst ,not providing any service. My vehicle is in warranty period and I am facing a lot of difficulties due to negligence of proper service .due to this i raised a complaint in Hero website forum some days after Arun +** ***** ***** - (Hero tamil nadu service head) called me i informed about this issue he too saying same dailogue nearly * week i got more frustrated . my uncle is working in my office only and he had brain stoke nearly one month before , i was picking him up due to brake failure he got so much depression and dizziness. Therefore I would request you kindly look into the matter as early as possible .i want compensation because im in so much depression . An early action in the matter may kindly be taken with an intimation to me. we trusted on hero brand name, but as per brand we are getting the poor quality, and drum brakes is worthless making loud sound , low quality of plastic, please see the below attached parts for better understanding . I want my money back and compensation needed
