I believe I have been fair, the day we received the items my daughter was so excited and happy to receive her prom dress and shoes, until she saw the items, and every happiness just left her sweet face, but this is neither here nor there at this time I have been reaching out to Lily Prom / promlily.com for a couple of weeks now, all I want from Lily Prom / promlily.com is for them to make this right and get us the information needed to return the items, for our full refund...I have never had to work so hard just to return an item. And then you had the nerve to say give it to a friend we do not have money to just give away. All we ask as customers is for the return information and a full refund, I believe if this is how customers are treated present and would be future customers with this company this cannot do. Wrong color dress - Wrong dress size - Shoes are very cheap do not fit would night last a day let alone a prom - Dress has threads coming out of different places - Split is wrong - I could go on, but I believe I can say it best with Photo's Just plan wrong.... To make matters worst he dress shipped out late. Can someone help. Alaina will be going to Prom without her dress of choice. if you can please get this resolved, so that we can purchase her a new gown to wear to prom this will be much appreciated.
