but I got *st right leg operation claim only around *,**,***/- and *nd left operation claim only around *,**,***/-.

And FALSE commitment done by Star health Agent and Team while purchase of policies.

I called & mailed many times to concern authority but no any proper response.

Due to this it affects my overall health , physically & mental harassment by star health team.

Hence, cause of this i will have impose to heavy penalties heavy amount on star health

I request you to please look into this matter on utmost priority and help me to reimburse my entire claimed amount without deductions of a single penny.
