Haware Properties - Haware Properties Shilphata not returning EOI money

I have paid Rs ***** to Haware Properties for Shilphate for My First Home project as Expression of Interest(EoI) which builder has to refunded since Dec **** if the customer does not book the flat/apartment. It has been more than * months since EOI provided on Oct **st **** but builder is not refunding the money. Playing office office game by telling to call ********** but no proper response given by them.
