Hyundai Godavari Motors - Have been given old rim on the name of new

I got my accidental hyundai verna repaired from hyundai motors godavari.initial estimate was around ** k while we were charged *.*lac in the end.and then we get to know that our tyre rim was repainted and repaired .its alignment was defective.we felt cheated.we talked to service manager jagjit singh,sukhraj singh .but they showed highly irresponsible behavior.thats still not the end .they also lost our insurance claim papers .now the surveyor is to close our claim file.we feel highly victimised.we have made thousand s of calls to them.but they r not responding at all.pls do something bout it .we have all the required papers.
