on **-*-**** I gave my mobile to le eco service center in vijayawada then they told me we required ** days of time to fix your problem .after completion of ** days I asked them on their toll-free service number then they said you wait for another *days to get your phone and again completion of those days also they said when I asled them you must wait for another one month because in service center they dont have spares even after completion of one month you may be get your phone or not.due to this I lost my time and resale value of my mobile.actually I purchased this mobile as they mentioned they had best service center in vijayawada It is near to me but when I went to vijayawada service center they said this is just a pickup point not only this almost more they mentioned are also just pickup points we are take your phones and send to Bangalore even we dont have contact number of them
