This is a complaint against Airtel for Mental Harassment to pay the balance due amount.
I have raised a disconnection request for Airtel Xstream Fibre ID ********** on **/**/****, i.e., before the renewal period. In between I have phone conversations with the customer service team regarding their negligence and arrogancy. One of the Supervisor has assured me that “Sir – I have rectified everything from my side and please retain the connection for ** days, you don’t need to pay anything.” Soon after * days, they have disconnected the connection & charged an amount of Rs.***/- approximately and started harassing me to pay that due amount.
- I didn’t want to renew the connection.
- I have opted for disconnection before the renewal period. None of them have reverted back.
- Their supervisor has retained the connection by himself during the phone conversation & said that no need to pay anything
- Now, they themselves are demanding me to pay the due amount that they have wantedly charged to the disconnected account.
I have dropped a mail regarding this Harassment to them on **/**/**** and they reverted back on **/**/**** stating that “We are working to address your issue on priority and will revert to you within **-** hours with a concrete resolution.” None of them Have resolved till today i.e., **/**/**** but the harassment continues. During some phone conversations, they have told me that they don’t share the data from customer service team to IVRS team.
I have dropped a mail regarding this also but no response. When I have dropped a mail by explaining this issue on **/**/****, they reverted back like “Your mail id is not registered with us”. That means they have deleted my Mail id but kept on torturing till today from past four months. I have also spoke with another supervisor on **/**/****, her name is Priyanka. She assured me like “Your complaint will be resolved within * hours. One of our executive will make a call back within * hours on **/**/****, till today i.e., **/**/**** there is no call back to resolve the complaint but the harassment continues from random numbers.

These are some of the numbers they used to contact me on regular basis.
*. They don’t even listen to our explanation and disconnect the call in the middle of conversation.
*. Some IVRS team members even speak very rudely with the customer.
*. They don’t even share the data from customer service team to IVRS team.
*. IVRS team are trained only to behave rudely and demand money from the customers.
*. Some members don’t even have common sense and their leads to suicidal tendency in customers.
*. As per their concern, complaints are meant to be solved within ** - ** hours. But they are not solved for weeks & months. But the Harassment for money continues.
