Dhani app indiabulls loan - Harassment by dhani collection agents

I am from Mumbai, with over dues of **** inr from dhani loans which they did not debit via ecs and claim to be a technical error, on asking for repayment via link they increased the amount to **** inr which they claim are over bouncing charges etc and did not bother to explain. * agents Mr Deepak and Ms Priya on conference call harassed me and forced me to pay the extra amount, on asking for an official email from company id, they refused and recorded my calls and Mr Deepak is blackmailing me by sending my own recordings to me. They spread in a derogatory manner and the dhani email support has not even responded to my complaints, they send non verified payment links and refuse to explain the over dues. The support helpline is not helpful as they say their system is not working. I want to pay the emi pending but the extra charges i dont know what for they are asking and I refuse to be speak to agents who are harassing me.
