Disclaimer, I’m A Very Real Person, Who Is Writing This Very Real Review, A Sordid Tale Of My Terrible Experience With MRS Human Capital (Muneshwara Reliable Services) & Its Management In Specific, An Action Which In The Past MRS Has Called Fake, Threatened Legal Action, Registered A Complaint Most Parts Of Which Weren’t Factual And The Parts That Were Firmly Comes Within My Right As A Consumer To Review A Service Provider. They Have Also Called It To Be The Work Of A Competitor Who Has Malicious Intent To Defame Them Of Which I Have No Intentions Because Neither Am I A Competitor Nor Do I Believe In That Kind Of Ethos.
Here Is All That MRS Put Me And My Family Through.
We Hired A Caretaker By The Name Jayanthi For My Mom, For An Initial Agreement Of Rs. **,*** + *,*** Wherein, She Was Supposed To Cook And Take Care Of My Mother. The Lady Wasted Everything In Our Home, Took Advantage Of My Mom, And Started Asking Her To Buy Things, Was Looking Into Everything In Our Home Without Permission, So And So Forth, While All These Things Were Ignored, She Completely Left My Mother On Her Own, Knowing Very Well She Was A Dialysis Patient. My Mother Suffered A High BP Attack And Couldn’t Breathe. She Even Declared She Had No Clue My Mother Was A Patient! Luckily Since We Were Home, We Took Care Of My Mother And Asked Lakshmi To Have Jayanthi Replaced. Hesitantly But Nonetheless Jayanthi Was Taken From Our Place.
I Spoke To Lakshmi To Tell Her I Was Not Comfortable With Someone Yet Again To Take Full Access Of The Kitchen, Over Utilise/ Waste And Thus Asked Her To Send Me A Live In Maid For Which She Said It Would Cost Me Rs.**,*** Per Month. I Agreed And I Was Sent A Replacement, When Asked For The New Agreement/ Bill, I Was Immediately Told By Lakshmi That It Would Still Be Rs.**,***. She Further Added That I Could Cancel The Service If Not Rs.**,***. I Was Shocked But Decided To Go Ahead And Cancel The Service And Asked Her To Take The Replacement Back But She Picked Her Up Anyway The Next Day.
I Received A Refund Of Rs. **,*** From The Rs.**,*** I Paid Citing The Deductions Towards * Days Of Jayanthi’s Stay & One Day The Replacement Was In Our Place Even Though She Could Have Been Taken Back And Bike Charges For The Travel Along With The “Registration Fee”.
I Decided To Put The Review As Mentioned Above And Did So, On **th May **** On Sulekha For An Older MRS Page. Since That Day Till Date, I Have Been Harassed, Over Calls, From Various Numbers, Messages, Emails Digging Up My Details, My Company’s Details, Citing They Would Have Their *** Employees Review My Company, Citing They Know Where I Work, And That They Would Send People Over To Create A Scene At Our Residence. I Ignored All These Threats Despite Being Utterly Impacted By Them As Through All This My Mother’s Health Was Getting Affected Too. Looking At All Of These Atrocious Behaviour By MRS & Lakshmi, My Family And Friends Decided To Review MRS Too On Google.
Lakshmi & MRS Filed A Complaint Against Me During Which I Had Offered To Have My Family And Friends Remove Their Review To Put The Matter To Bed While I Wouldn’t Remove Mine. Since We Couldn’t Remove The Ratings, Lakshmi/ MRS Decided To Cite A Case Number Of Closed Case (Due To Lack Of Substance) And Is Still Continuing To Threaten.
For Any One Looking To Employ An Agency That Will Support You And Take Care Of You I Would Suggest To Look For One That Trains It’s Employees To Do The Job Well, Takes Feedback And Provides Good Service And Does Not Threaten You With Legal And Other Consequences Through Calls And Emails For Posting A Review. I Do Not Believe MRS Ticks Any Of Those Boxes.
Google Is A Free Platform, Customers Have All The Right To Review I Did Not Know Companies Can Threaten & Harass Customers Non Stop To Remove Reviews Of Their Bad Service, The Easiest Way To Fix Bad Service Is To Understand Customer Concerns And Address Them Not To Go Through Great Lengths To Put The Customer Through Suffering.
To This Day They Create Multiple Fake Google Accounts And Creating Fake Google Reviews Themselves And Thank Themselves For Reviewing Themselves!!
They Continue To Harass Us By Using A Complaint Number That Is Not Valid And Was Closed Due To Lack Of Substance And Complicated Fabricated!
