surender Sharma filed complaint against IndusInd Bank on Oct 23, 2019
This is to inform you that i am harassing through collection agent which is assigned through induslnd bank. Collection agent did not mention his name but from the True Caller App name was showing Mayur Sharma. I request him that I do not have funds right now and my salary will credit on **th of this month then I will make payment with late fee and interest charges. then he started the use of abusing language. he abused me and my family member as well. then i started the same way conversation. So this collection agent abused me and my family member and trying to mental harass and threat me for physical as well. even he said he don't care about the RBI guidelines.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
