Thrillophilia - Harassed and Tortures by Thrillophilia

We have booked * rooms for * adults and * kids in Coorg by Thrillophilia. Once we reached there we came to know that Thrillophilia only booked * Rooms.
Once we reached to them they told us to wait few minute and they are doing arrangement but we have wait till * o clock and it was full darks as it is in hill area and we are forced to accommodate in * rooms. as we are * people and only * double cots then we are forced to sleep on floor. As we have waited outside till * P.M, our full trip waisted and spoil by them and next day morning we came to Bangalore without visiting any place. Out total trip cost was ***** as it was spoil by them so We are asking to compensate the hotel amount which is **** but they are ignoring it.
