Canceled flight due to medical reason and requested for refund.Airasia initiate the full refund but happyeasygo not giving refund upon calling multiple times from * months.This is very bad.They will ask to wait * months,* weeks,** hours etc upon calling back to back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
