I have ordered amd prepaid a chocolate cake and a teddy at winni on**th feb ****. My cake got delivered but teddy is missing. Their customer care number is out of service and online chat option is pathetic and of no use. No ones responding what happened to half of the product ordered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
