Vendexa products - Hair removal inhibitor

I had ordered hair removal inhibitor *+*. But I received after waxing moisturizing lotion * nos in one box, *st time. Order #: #*******APRO

And again I had ordered hair removal inhibitor and aslo speak and complaint your service executive/staff ( Siram and Satyam Kumar) regarding the wrong product you delivered to me. Satyam insured me that he will send the hair removal inhibitor * no, in one box in my *nd order. That I ordered. But *nd time also you send the same thing moisturizing lotion * nos. Now I have * nos of after waxing moisturizing lotion. Order #: #*******APRO

So I want to refund my money back. And you have to take your product. I don't want that.

Your service is very poor. If you don't have the right product, so why you are selling that you only making the customer fool. I already complaint about the product but still I am not getting any solution.

Please find the attached file of the product you delivered and invoice slip of both of the order.
