Naturals - Hair Cut not done Properly for a Girl Child

I had a hair cut for my * yrs old child in Naturals Salon KK Nagar Trichy, Hair cut was done by a unprofessional lady, this happened at around noon and I asked them to correct their mistake and they didn't do that until * pm when another guy came in from some other branch. Till that time they made me to wait with the small kid, and they were very ignorant that what a common man shall do to us, he shall shout for sometime and then leave, and when I asked for bill they started to write in a small note pad which was not having Naturals Salon details or GST registration number. I refused to pay for that bill, then they aksed me to wait and at around * pm one lady and one gentleman came in with the bill and they asked sorry for whatever happened, but sorry alone won't work here How can they accept to cut hair without knowing what to do, they spoiled my daughter's look itself and in school people are making fun about this hair cut, I need them to pay for my time and pain. manager didn't turn up at all.
