Posh the GYM sector 31 Gurgaon - GYM Membership Fraud

Dear Ma'am/Sir, I am a resident of Sector **a, gurugram, i have
bought the gym membership from POSH the gym for * months each
for me & my wife Deepika Pandey on **th Jan **. Mr kush was the
person who sold the membership to us without informing us that the
gym is going to shut down on feb **, they intimated a day before
that the gym is shifting from this place to another place in the same
market, the took almost *-* days to shift and didn't bother to update
about the same, we have bought the membership on the basis of
their old gym because that gym was big and spacious and multi-floor,
where the new one was in the basement and without proper
ventilation. after the ** days of the opening that they closed that
one also without informing anyone of us(Members), when me and
my wife approached MR Ravi Sharma, he told us that he is not an
owner, he does not have the owner number, but the gym trainer and
the other member were saying that he is the owner, after a week he
approached my wife and asked her about her membership details
which she shared with him and he also approached me for the same
for the refund purpose, its been a month now he is not willing to
refund our money as he is changing his statement constantly,
sometimes say he is in touch with his partner and will revert as soon
as possible & sometimes he denies that he is an owner, when my wife
called him for a refund he gave the phone to his wife to abuse
her(Deepika), she has a recording, Now, he said that I will not refund
any penny to you do whatever you want to do? and now I am bound
to take this step to complain about POSH the GYM here, I have all
the record with me on WhatsApp & audio-call recording with me
