Lemon tree premier Rishikesh - Guest severely burnt in sensitive area with boiling water due to negligence of hotel

**th December morning , my private parts (anal gland , rectum ) burnt severely as boiling water was coming out of the jet spray. I waited and suffered long but no medical emergency has been arranged by hotel at very moment , then my friend lodged police complaint to Utrakhand police. Then hotel person took me to Nirmal Ashram hospital and I was under medication . These all happened in lemon tree premier Rishikesh in room number *** on **th December **** morning. The GM of the hotel Mr.Sailesh promised my friend Mr.Deb, who booked the rooms ***,*** , that the complete booking amount Rs ***** will be refunded to makemytrip as we booked though them , to compensate the unmatched loss and that would a token of apology from there side . But now makemytrip confirmed that they are refunding only **% . Why Lemon tree can't keep their word. I am still suffering and the incident which happened in room number *** could be considered as a criminal offense . The plumber of the hotel also confirmed that they hada plumbing issue and that is why boiling water is flowing through the pipes. I want justice .
